Stone Glacier's Sky Archer 6400 is a perfect option for mountain bow hunters and late season rifle hunters alike. The main compartment offers 6400 cubic inches of carrying capacity, but this can be increased by 2500+ cubic inches with the use of a load shelf. Alternatively, the Sky Archer 6400 can be converted into the lighter, more compact "bivy-mode" with 4000 cubic inches of carrying capacity for shorter day trips. Topside seams and storm flap are sewn to create the natural folds for compression of excess fabric and complete weather protection when in bivy Mode. The 30" side zipper provides access to the entire contents of the main bag and use heavy duty YKK #10 zippers that can stand up to a lifetime of hard use. The Sky Archer 6400 also features a dedicated internal spotting scope pocket and is compatible with hydration packs. The center compression straps have added length and dual adjust male and female buckles for increased versatility when attaching a bow. The Sky Archer also has two side pockets, the left pocket on the zipped side of the bag is specifically for a tripod or arrow tube, the larger right side pocket is designed for additional storage.
Additionally, the Sky Archer 6400 is available with either a Krux frame or an Xcurve frame, with small, medium, and large belt options available for each. The Krux frame option was designed to be as lightweight as possible, whereas the Xcurve was designed with an emphasis on comfort and stability under the heaviest of loads. Just like all of Stone Glacier's frames, both the Krux and Xcurve feature an integrated Load-Shelf allowing the user to expand the bag off the frame to pack gear or meat in between the bag and the frame. This eliminates the need to put meat inside the bag and keeps the heaviest of loads more stable and closer to your back for increased comfort. Additionally, all past and current Stone Glacier bags and frames are interchangeable, allowing you to swap bags on and off your frame for different applications without needing to purchase and entirely new bag/frame system.
