The Sauer SL5 Turkey Gun is short, accurate, and lightweight – everything you need in a turkey hunting shotgun. It comes equipped with the renowned Inertia Driven Action, which uses the kinetic energy from recoil to cycle shells. The simplicity of the Inertia Action ensures the utmost reliability even in adverse conditions, and the lack of any extra or unnecessary moving parts makes disassembly/reassembly quick and easy. The SL5 Turkey Gun’s stock is composed of durable polymer and is available in multiple camouflage patterns. The stock features a rubber butt pad to absorb recoil and a highly ergonomic pistol grip with rubber texturing to promote comfortable shooting. Another notable feature of the SL5 Turkey Gun is a 12 o’clock picatinny rail for installing an optic of choice as well as multiple sling mounting locations. In addition, the SL5 Turkey Gun is equipped with oversized controls such as the bolt release, charging handle, and safety for faster, more intuitive operation or for shooting while wearing gloves.
