Description
Kalashnikov USA’s KR-103 Muzzle Brake is made of 4140 Steel and finished in accordance with section 5.3.1.1 of the DOD’s MIL-STD-171 standard for finishing metal surfaces. The muzzle brake has a slot cut out to engage the front sight detent. These muzzle brakes are battle proven and were first introduced on the AK-74 in the 1970s. The muzzle brake counteracts muzzle rise and reduces recoil by redirecting propellant gases. It will fit on any AK with a thread pitch of 24 x 1.5 Right Hand and made for the 7.62x39mm ammunition.
