Description
The Method 2 XL Saddle by Latitude Outdoors offers comfort, stability, and versatility in a streamlined package. It utilizes a low profile, two-panel design that minimizes unnecessary bulk, allowing you to move quickly and quietly to your hunting spot. The two panels connect to each other with a patented quick-connect system composed of powerful magnets located in strategic positions. The Quick-Connect System can be instantly attached/detached in complete darkness; simply raise the lower panel towards your waistline and is will silently “jump” into the proper position where it will remain firmly affixed for a full range of unrestricted movement.
Other features of the Method 2 XL Saddle include Removable Leg Straps and a patent-pending Fade Loop design. Leg Straps on a tree saddle are essential for safety, but pose a serious nuisance when navigating through dense brush. The Method 2 XL solves this issue with a redesigned G-Hook that allows the Leg Straps to be removes and tucked away into a pouch while traversing the woods, and quickly attached before you ascend the tree. The Method 2 XL’s Fade Loops on the other hand features an exclusive lineman belt loop design that provides a large, ergonomic, and rigid loop when the two-panels are connected but disappears after tethering into the tree and deploying the lower saddle panel. The Fade Loops are made from 4000 lb webbing and use military grade 1000D cordura fabric for extra abrasion resistance – giving you peace of mind when ascending/descending the tree. In addition, the Method 2 XL employs a unique Free-Floating Belt design. Unlike the majority of tree saddles on the market, the Method 2 XL’s belt features a completely Metal Free Construction. Instead of metal belt buckles, the Method 2 XL uses a load rated adjustable climbing knot and a patent-pending rope belt design which is superior in strength to traditional belt buckles, reduces the weight of the saddle, is more adjustable, and is completely silent.
