The Vortex Razor Gen II HD-E 1-6 in my opinion is an ultra premium scope without the ultra premium price tag. The thing is a work of art. The clarity is near perfect. And between a Steiner and a Vortex PST I have, the Razor’s dot is the most crisp and brightest even at low setting. (though the other two are pretty great scopes as well) I see no reason to pay more for a LPVO of this type, after that point you’re splitting hairs. Though there a few that are slightly lighter. EuroOptic had the best price hands down, and as far as shipping it arrived quickly and in a nice box, well protected with plenty of bubble wrap and padding to protect the box. This is also my first time buying from EuroOptic. Heard good things about them online, so gave them a shot. Let me say this: They are a top notch optics dealer. Ive received scopes from other “sporting goods” companies who throw your expensive scope that you paid your good hard earned money for in a box sliding around with a couple strips of paper in it. EuroOptic on the other hand is professional. I felt that’s worth mentioning. You can trust these guys for sure.

The best hands down! Everyone that has looked through it is blown away. The new model is lighter and can’t be beat for under 2k. Had a Trijicon Accupower 1-8, and this was a whole new level of clarity and eye relief. Warranty is the best as well!

I've recently turned into an optic snob and the razor 1-6 is no exception. The second I looked through the crystal clear glass with no distortion I knew I had made a right choice. Buy once, cry once.

This was my first EuroOptic purchase and it shipped really quick and it is top notch. I replaced a Nightforce NXS 1-4 with this and other than the weight and size, the Vortex is superior in every other category and the NXS glass doesn't even come close to comparing to the Razor. The only cons are it is bigger and heavier than the Nightforce, but the NXS is one of the most compact on the market. The illumination is Aimpoint bright which is something the Nightforce didn't have. Overall, this is a fantastic scope and I am still very surprised how much better optically it is than the Nightforce.
