Description

Optimize your AR15/M4/M16 style rifle with Geissele’s Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group (BCG). Manufactured in Geissele’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Wales Pennsylvania, the Reliability Enhanced BCG is outfitted with a properly torqued and staked, chrome lined, gas key. The Reliability Enhanced BCG’s cam pin is precisely machined from advanced H13 tool steel – the same metal used to make medical instrumentation, and the carrier’s extended upper rails provide much greater stability and significantly increases feeding reliability. The Reliability Enhanced BCG’s bolt itself is constructed using Carpenter 158+ Steel, which was developed between the engineers at Geissele and the Carpenter Steel metallurgists in Reading Pennsylvania. The Carpenter 158+ Steel is considerably stronger, has less impurities, and offers more consistency. The bolt is then forged using the same process Geissele uses to forge upper and lower receivers in order to manipulate the grain structure of the metal, resulting in a bolt with 5 times the life span of a mil-spec bolt. In addition, the gas key, cam pin, and bolt are coated with Geissele’s exclusive Nanoweapon DSL (Durable Solid Lubricant). The Nanoweapon DSL offers extreme resistance to corrosion, wear, and abrasion, as well as rejecting carbon fouling to allow the firearm to operate normally with less lubrication.
