The Falcon Lite Bipod by Cadex Defense is a must-have accessory for any competitive PRS-style setup. It utilizes a compact lightweight design, weighing in at a just under a pound and measuring 7.58” x 3.79” x 1.96” when folded, giving the Falcon Lite Bipod excellent mobility and a minimal effect on the host rifle’s overall profile and weight. To ensure superior strength and rigidity without adding any unnecessary weight or bulk, the Falcon Lite Bipod is precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to the tightest possible tolerances. Just like the larger Falcon models, the Falcon Lite Bipod offers the same canting ability and an panning feature is included as well. In addition, the feet are modular and can be changed to adapt to any shooting surface.

I was honestly expecting this to be at least on par with my many Atlas CAL’s, but it is NOT. The fit and finish are really nice, but the legs, mechanisms and hardware seem flimsy. Disappointing because Cadex makes some really nice stuff! I do like the integrated ARCA clamp, but a separate clamp would allow use with your favorite clamp, and with this clamp that’s on there, you must use their Cadex rail because of the “anti slip” pin integrated into the clamp. All in all I have to say can’t really recommend it to someone else. EuroOptic did their part, as always, and got it to me quickly! More range visits may change my mind, but for now, it’s just a 3 star bipod.
