The PUtek utilizes a nylon base material woven with threads of polyurethane, allowing the boot to stay lightweight and breath while also enhancing durability and puncture resistance. A Gore-Tex full surround bootie ensures maximum waterproofing and breathable performance. To provide excellent stability on steep terrain, the Colorado II GTX feature Crispi's own A.B.S.S. (Ankle Bone Support System). Designed over the course of several years, the A.B.S.S. provides comfort and protection to the entire ankle area thanks to a combination of innovative materials to allow the footwear to contour gently your ankle. The Board Lasting Mechanical Construction achieves the perfect connection between torsion rigidity and flexibility thanks to a mechanical process that wraps the comfortable and soft part of the upper to the insole frame. Like many of Crispi's hunting boots, the Colorado II GTX is supported by a dual density polyurethane Vibram midsole to provide increased comfort, exceptional stability and long lasting impact absorption which are key for those times when coming out of the mountains with a heavy pack is on the menu. The Vibram sole features a tread pattern and sole compound ideal for technical and rugged terrain to keep you secure and stable as you move through the nastiest of conditions. Additionally, the Colorado II GTX Boots feature a removable Crispi Air Mesh footbed for even more breathability as well as anti-odor properties.
