The Taurus PT22 Poly is about the size of a standard cell phone and easily fits in your pocket, making it a decent choice for a backup to your concealed carry. One of the most notable features of the PT22 is its unique tip-up barrel. This design lets the user instantly check to see if a round is in the chamber, and allows the weapon to be safely loaded/unloaded by simply inserting or removing a cartridge from the barrel.
