Great scope, eye relief is more in the 3-3.5 range. You will not be disappointed.

Recently purchased a Christensen Arms Ridgeline in .308. But I'm not a long-range shooter. I'm a deer hunter and my average shots are 300 or less but and was looking for a scope to get me out to 500 yds max. I was going to buy a Leupold VX-3 HD 4.5x14x50mm, 1 inch tube on sale for $585 after shipping. But opted for this scope because Trijicon built this higher end scope for deer hunters. Also, both scopes MSRP at $700 and I got this scope for $485 after shipping. I'm very impressed by the rigorous testing they put their scopes thru and how they maintain this scope has a reputation of holding the zero better than many other scopes in the same price range and higher. I sacrificed some magnification and the 50mm objective, but I got the 30mm scope tube and already had a DNZ 30mm tube scope mount for this rifle. It also comes with scope caps and a Scopecoat. What really clinched it for me was its reputation to maintain a zero, simple BDC elevation out to 500 yds, reading the comment from 10 Jan 2022 about the actual eye relief (thanks dude! Specs say is 2.2" to 3.2"), and of course, the price. I got the scope in yesterday. Great looking scope! Also impressed with how solid it is, and the clarity of the glass. I'm mounting the scope and zeroing it this end. Will update my review soon.

Glass is good. Eye relief is a bit touchy. Especially at high power. That is expected but seems even tighter on this particular scope. Usually when I adjust the eye piece on scopes the reticle and target focus are both good at a specific point. You need to compromise on this eye piece. When say the reticle is sharp the target is a bit out of focus.

Great scope. Glass is clear and so far seems like a well built scope. I think I’m going to be very pleased with my purchase. Trijicon has a reputation for quality and the Huron lives up to that reputation

Trijicon is more known for their tactical products rather than hunting. If their stuff can hold up on a battlefield, it can hold up for your deer hunt. Super solid construction and so far has been great. Great positive clicks on the turrets!
