This Seekins Precision SRS Picatinny rail bipod mount features Bell & Carlson 2.5" hole spacing.
Seekins Precision's sling rail system (SRS) was developed to attach a rail mounted bipod to the bottom of a bolt rifle stock and provide a reinforced non rotating sling mounting point. The SRS rail mounts directly to your existing sling stud holes on the bottom of your stock and comes with the screws you need. Just remove the factory sling studs and install the SRS, its that simple. If your stock has only one sling stud another can be easily installed using any T-nut found at most hardware stores with the same female threads. Details: ? 6061 T6 Construction ? I purchased two seekins picatinny rails for my Fierce bi-pod. Easy to install this quality product.
The rail is well made and simply designed. I appreciate the fact that Seekins makes them specific to the brand of stock you are using. Mine is the 2.5 model for a Bell and Carlson stock. There are 4 included bolts to replace the 2 original swivel bolts, 2 course thread and 2 fine thread. The fine thread bolts fit my stock, but they are both the same length and I need 2 lengths to replace my original bolts. One fits, the second is too short. I’m now searching hardware stores for the right length bolt. Five star product without the bolt length issue.
