It works for me. I'm satisfied. I did have to put a piece of thick paper under the battery to prevent the dot from shutting off. ( Strange quirk).

The red dot is lightweight and low profile. The 6 MOA dot is a good size for a handgun dot. The down button (that reduces brightness and turns the optic off) failed inside of a few days. Luckily Vortex's customer service is excellent and I should have it back shortly, but that is a bit disappointing to have a failure like that right off the bat.

Great clarity, holds the zero, not sure on the bottom battery yet because I have not had to change it. I love the 6 MOA for IDPA practice and general shooting. Had to find special screws to fit it on the base of a Walter Q5 Pro but the gun was not designed for this sight so that is why I needed different screws to hold it to the base. Just a wonderful product.
